In the midst of final warnings for climate change, headlines predicting oceans containing more plastic than fish and such extensive habitat loss that it threatens biodiversity, ecosystem services and evolution, it could be easy to give up hope.

I'm writing this blog to ensure that doesn't happen.

I am sowing the seeds of hope I've found in lifestyle changes, inspirational people, the wonder and resilience of nature and global actions that are leading us in the direction of happy people living in a balanced, healthy planet.

If this appeals, stay tuned. Inspirational yet balanced stories backed up with peer-reviewed research on their way.
